AGM Motion

Rule change proposed by the Executive Committee – Rule 12: Replace the number 28 with 14 and the number 56 with 28 in the following sentence: ‘All votes must be cast within a period to be determined by the executive committee, which shall be not less than 28 days and not more than 56 days after the day the ballot opens.’
